A day of practice to nourish your sense of wellbeing.

This day is devoted to helping us to nourish joy and happiness in our life. We don't need to wait for everything to be perfect in order to feel happiness. We can allow ourselves to connect to the many wonders of this moment, and touch the kindness, joy and peace available to us in this moment. 

During the day we will have the opportunity to practice outside in nature. There is a beautiful walled garden, and a labyrinth for us to explore.

Particularly suited for those who have participated in the Cultivating Happiness course: an opportunity to refresh and deepen your practice of happiness! If you haven't yet done the course, you are very welcome to join the day.

Practices include:

  • mindful awareness
  • cultivating gratitude
  • nourishing self-kindness
  • fostering joy and awe
  • strengthening connection

Orlaith your soothing voice just calms me down, thank you. Today I am not engaging with life in the same hurried, driven fashion of the past week and I am ABLE to water the seeds of ease, contentment, and hope.
Beautifully delivered in a relaxed atmosphere; felt completely at ease within the group. The walking meditation in the garden was a wonderful peaceful experience.
