A 6-week course exploring how we nurture wellbeing, resilience, joy and meaning in our life.
Can happiness be strengthened? In recent years, scientific research on what influences our sense of happiness and life satisfaction has opened up possibilities for improving our wellbeing.
Through mindfulness, this course will explore our sense of happiness, and study practical exercises that can increase our positive experience of daily life.

All courses are held in the Dominican Retreat Centre, Tallaght.
Classes are on Sundays from 10am to noon.

The course includes weekly literature to inspire home practice and guided meditation recordings.
Q: I'm going to miss one session - can i still do the course?
A: You can. As well as an overview of the week's class, there are introductions to each practice to guide you through.
