course feedback

It was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time.
For me it was life changing...
I can see my habits of thought changing.
I have recommended Orlaith and the course to so many people already.

I'm going to miss one or two sessions. Can i still do the course?

You can. As well as an overview of the week's class, there are introductions to each practice to guide you through.

The next courses will run in both Dublin 4 and Tallaght, so you are also very welcome to join the session with the other course group.
