Join us for an autumnal day retreat devoted to nourishing our heart’s capacity to love and to be held in love.

On this day, we will immerse ourselves in the loving energy of the Four Brahma Viharas. Sometimes called the Immeasurable Minds, these four qualities form the basic ingredients of true love: love (maitri), compassion (karuna), joy (mudita) and equanimity or inclusiveness (upekkha).

This day will offer calm, peace and a gentle loving energy.
