A mini-retreat to cultivate wellbeing and presence
Through mindfulness, this day will allow us space for ourselves, exploring guided meditation practices to rest, cultivate presence and strengthen the heart.
The day includes time to explore the Walled Garden and Butterfly sanctuary. The retreat runs from 10am-4pm, with a one hour break for lunch.

The retreat fee includes complimentary entry to the Walled Gardens.
Q: I don't have any experience - can I still attend?
Absolutely. The practices will all be introduced and guided, so it is a very supported environment. Mindfulness is explored with curiosity, kindness and a good dose of humour!
