A mini-retreat to cultivate your wellbeing and presence
What a gift, to have a day devoted to your wellbeing. Through mindfulness, this day offers us space to refresh ourselves, cultivate peace and rest in stillness. We will explore guided meditation practices to rest in open presence and strengthen our hearts.
The day includes time to explore the Walled Garden and Butterfly sanctuary. The retreat runs from 10am-4pm, with a one hour break for lunch.

mini-retreat COST: €65
The retreat fee includes morning and afternoon refreshments and complimentary entry to the Walled Gardens.
No experience is necessary, as each practice will be introduced and there will be ample time for questions.
Q: I don't have any experience - can I still attend?
Absolutely. The practices will all be introduced and guided, so it is a very supported environment. Mindfulness is explored with curiosity, kindness and a good dose of humour!
