Mindful Voice with orlaith and rachel

A day for teachers

Sunday 10 March, 10am-4pm

The Dominican Retreat Centre & Gardens, Tallaght

Educators, particularly school teachers, are twice as likely than the general population to experience voice related problems, such as laryngitis, muscle tension dysphonia, hoarseness and vocal fatigue, often leading to burn-out and work absences.

This experiential workshop will provide participants with evidence-based information and practical strategies to prevent voice problems  and improve well-being and classroom communications.

Understand how your voice works and how it is connected to your mind, body, and external environment. Learn simple techniques for a healthier voice and an improved sense of wellbeing, and enjoy guided practices to develop a kind, compassionate attitude towards your precious self.

All most welcome, and no experience is needed.

Certificate of attendance will be provided.
