Understand how your voice works and how it is connected to your mind, body, and external environment. Learn simple techniques for a healthier voice and an improved sense of wellbeing, and enjoy guided practices to develop a kind, compassionate attitude towards your precious self.

Rachel is a Speech and Language Therapist with a special interest in the voice. She has helped many people experiencing dissatisfaction with their speaking voices and believes that working directly with the voice is both transformative and healing.
Orlaith is a Mindfulness Facilitator who has been practicing in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh for nearly 20 years. She is known for her blend of accessible teaching, skillful guided meditation and the humour she brings to mindfulness practice.
