A day of mindfulness practice for children (7-12 years old) and the grown-ups in their lives. Join us for a day to explore mindful awareness in nature, creative games, nourishing happiness and taking care of suffering.
The day is suitable for children who have some experiencing of practicing mindfulness. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Facilitators: Orlaith O'Sullivan and Dene Donalds are both members of Thich Nhat Hanh's Order of Interbeing. They enjoy practicing mindfulness, listening deeply and allowing people to be exactly who they are. They tend to laugh a lot. Sometimes they skip.
