One week camps (2 hour session x 5 days) for families to learn the basics of mindfulness practice.

A space for families to learn mindfulness together. Aimed at children aged 7-12 years (and the grown ups in their lives!). This camp is a fun environment, where we learn mindfulness through crafts, songs, guided meditations and storytelling. We practice bringing an open, kind presence to daily life - including eating, moving and resting.

We practice taking care of our worries and anger, and strengthening our joy and gratitude.
