Individual mindfulness sessions offers a flexible option that can be tailored for your life.

It gives you control over your learning pathway, including:

  • blending in-person and online classes
  • developing a practice for specific times in life (e.g., facing a major change or decision, grief, divorce, physical pain)
  • nourishing specific states (e.g., clarity, self-compassion, calm)

One to one sessions are designed around you, and can be scheduled flexibly, for example: pre-work, at the close of the working day or during the daytime.

Sessions are available for adults and teens. For children, I recommend they learn alongside an adult or other children for the greatest benefit.
